Q. How can I change encoding settings?
A. Simply click edit button next to video and audio quality dropdowns to display those settings.
Q. I want to leave original quality of video?
A. Yes you can do it by selecting original value from audio and video quality dropdowns. Note Many devices has limitations on bit rate, sampling, fps they support. Thus, your files could be unplayable.
Q. Converted file is not playing on my device?
A. Please let us know about the issue as soon as possible by sending us a bug report or sending us email on support@2-mobi.com. To submit a bug report select Help > Report a Bug and fill out the form. Such information is really vital for us so for every bug report we provide 30% discount.
Q. My device is not on the list.
A. If your device is not on the list you can request it for free and even get 30% discount. To make a device request click Request Device in the top menu and submit the form. We are updating our software nearly every day because each day we get requests for adding new devices. Thus you can be sure you won’t wait for too long.
Q. How can I get 30% discount?
A. You have 3 ways to get discount:
  1. Submit a bug report. Click Help > Report a bug in the top menu.
  2. Request absent device. Click Request device in the top menu
  3. Create a forum or blog message. Help us a little bit with advertising and get discount. All you need to do is to create a message about converter on any forum or blog outside 2-mobi.com. When you are done email us a link to the page and get discount. Note if you create a detailed forum or blog message you can get the product for free.
Q. Can I get software for free?
A. Yes you can. Create a blog or forum message describing our converter in details. Then send us link to the message and you will get the product for free.
Q. Where can I find the list of supported devices?

Q. Converted Sony PSP file is not playing.
A. To make converted files play on PSP you need to follow some requirement:
  1. Please do not change encoding properties except resolution and volume.
  2. After converting you have to rename the files to match PSP requirements. All video is stored in two folders on PSP: \PSP\MP_ROOT\100ANV01 and \PSP\MP_ROOT\100MNV01. To put video on in the first folder you have to rename the file to MAQxxxxx.MP4 where xxxxx – are some digits. If you want to put files into second folder rename to M4Vxxxxx.MP4. In the future version we are going to include special PSP uploader.
